Confirmation
AFTER BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, CLIENTS RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH APPOINTMENT DETAILS AND A SEPARATE RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT. FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES OR QUESTIONS, CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY VIA EMAIL OR PHONE.
PLEASE KNOW ONCE YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS CORRECT. AS FAR AS STYLE, DATE, AND TIME.
I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE ANYTHING, ONCE YOUR APPOINMENT IS BOOKED. IT WILL LEAD INTO A CANCELATION, IF YOU DO SO. UNLESS I AM ABLE TO ACCOMADATE YOU.
Late policy
PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING ARRIVAL TIME POLICY:

**GRACE PERIOD:**
10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD: COMMUNICATE IF YOU'RE RUNNING LATE; ARRIVING WITHIN 10 MINUTES AVOIDS EXTRA CHARGES.
**LATE ARRIVAL FEES:**
$25 FEE FOR BEING 10-15 MINUTES LATE
**APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION:**
ARRIVALS OVER 15 MINUTES LATE WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE, AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED.
Cancellation
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING MY SERVICES. PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST 48 HOURS' NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING WITH ME IN THE FUTURE. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED; IF I CANCEL, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. TO RESCHEDULE, CONTACT ME VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, AND YOU CAN USE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR UP TO 10 DAYS AFTER.
Sickness
IF YOU'RE FEELING UNWELL, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

ATTENTION
**When booking an appointment with Essence Beauty Bar, please be aware that your session will be recorded, both during the process and afterwards.
Additionally, kindly allow a response time of 24-72 hours when contacting us . Thank you for your understanding.
Also when requesting how you want your hair in-specific ways (add-ons) on “ the form page “ please keep in mind your current total pricing may increase depending on how you want it. For example “ extra braids , small part” more work for us . Thanks for understanding.
*******Please ensure your schedule is clear on the day of your appointment, as I won't rush my work. If I finish with a previous client early, I may move your appointment up or if there’s a cancellation I will move your time in place of there’s. To achieve the best results, keep your schedule free. If you have afternoon appointments, expect to arrive early, as l often finish morning clients ahead of time and may adjust your appointment accordingly or if there’s a morning cancellation I will change your time for morning in placement To go ahead and complete The day. . However, if a client takes longer than expected I may need to push your appointment back to accommodate any changes.
